The promo code can be added on the View Cart page – simply enter the relevant code in the discount box.
I need to change something on my order. How can I do this?
If you need to change or cancel your order please contact us immediately. We process orders on the same day and once our warehouse has processed your order we will be unable to make any changes
Do I need an account to place an order?
You do not need an account to place an order – emails may be stored for us to send information to our customers once in a while.
Which payment methods can I use?
We use PayPal Express checkout. All credit card transactions will be completed through PayPal . All payments made via PayPal are 100% guaranteed security.
Do I have to keep my confirmation email once I have placed my order?
Yes, please keep your confirmation email as it serves as your proof of purchase. You will need this in the event of an exchange, return or a refund.
What happens if an item is out of stock?
If you have purchased an item that is out of stock we will contact you to advise you of this and will offer you an exchange, credit note or refund on that item. Free shipping is available to you in this instance.
How do I best care for my garment?
To get the most out of your garment please wash in cold water on gentle machine cycle but drip dry.
What this means is that you wash the garment as normal but do not use the spin cycle. Remove from the water and gently squeeze out excess water. Hang on a hanger or line dry and gently stretch out the fabric. The fabric will dry beautifully this way with no creases.
Additional tip: Most recommended laundry detergent is 'Softly', specifically for delicate fabrics and is furthermore phosphate free with no harsh detergents.
Please do not put in the tumble dryer.
Rayon is a fabric that has the ability to both expand and contract.
Whilst we cannot take responsibility for any washing dilemmas we can offer some tips to bring your garment back to its original shape if you found it may have shrunk a little.
Wash garment and do not go through spin cycle or place in a bowl of water or basin after washing. This helps relax the fibres. (Adding a cupful of baby shampoo helps this even more). After a few moments remove from the water and gently squeeze out excess water. Leave to drip dry.
Additional tip: You can also add a liquid softener in the rinse cycle to relax the fibres.
Whilst drip drying gently stretch out the rayon fabric back to its original shape and size, either whilst hanging on a hanger or pegged on the line. Stretch it while it is drying to make sure it stays that way.
Another way is to steam iron once its dry (or if you have a clothes steamer this is ideal) and it should bring it right back to its original shape. This additionally really relaxes the fabric.
Please note: Some spray tan solutions will wash out easier than others and some may even stain a little.
- Returns & Exchanges
All items can be returned within 14 days of purchase for an Exchange or Web Credit.
Kaf.Tanned do not issue refunds on change of mind purchases or incorrect sizing purchases.
Refunds will only be granted on faulty garments.
Please allow up to 7 business days for this processing time after receipt of return order.
You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your return has been processed.

You will need to cover the postage to send your garment back to us.
The garment must be received in original condition – unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer. Kaf.Tanned staff reserve the right to reject a return if we conclude that the garment is not in the original condition or received after the 14 days.
Returns can be sent to the below address and must include the original invoice as well as the returns form.
Please be aware that we cannot take responsibility for any goods lost in transit coming back to us and strongly advise to send back your garment via standard registered or express post that offers a tracking service.

Once we have received your parcel we will process your exchange ASAP.
We offer free return shipping for any exchanged items back to you (the customer).
All items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for an Exchange or Web Credit for our International orders.
Free return shipping does not apply to international orders.
Returned items can also be issued with a Web Credit if chosen by the customer and can be used at a later stage.
This will allow you (the customer) to revisit our site to either purchase a different item or the same item in a different size, if it is available.
You (the customer) will receive an email with the details of your Web Credit.
A Web Credit can only be redeemed online.
Kaf.Tanned does its best to ensure that all customers receive goods of top quality.
If in the situation where you believe a garment may appear faulty please contact the Kaf.Tanned Team immediately and we will try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the heading Faulty Garment and stipulate the fault along with your contact and postal details.
The garment will need to be returned to Kaf.Tanned to be examined and we will send you a prepaid postage bag to return your faulty item with.
Once you have received your prepaid postage bag, please return your parcel with the Returns Form to

If the garment is correctly identified as faulty, we are happy to replace, repair or refund in the case of a manufacturing fault and in accordance with the Fair Trading policies:
In the event of a refund this will be provided to you crediting your original method of payment. Cash refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.
- Shipping information
All orders placed before 3pm are dispatched that same day, Monday to Friday AEST.
Within Australia we use Australia Post.
Australian customers have their parcels sent via
• Registered Post Standard - $9.00
• Express Post - $11.00
Each parcel has a tracking number and this is emailed and/or SMS to the customer once the parcel is dispatched.

Once this tracking number is received, any delivery inquiries should be directed to Australia Post on 13POST (13 7678)
Please ensure that the correct delivery address is entered upon ordering, as parcels which are returned to Kaf.Tanned as undeliverable will incur a re-dispatch fee. Kaf.Tanned will not be held accountable for the costs of retrieval of any parcels that have been wrongly addressed by the customer before dispatch.
For deliveries within Australia please allow for standard Australia Post delivery times. The estimated delivery date depends on where you (the customer) live. The following are estimates only and are based on information provided by Australia Post.
• Standard registered mail: 7 to 10 business days
• Express Post: 2 to 4 business days
Please allow for a further 2 days (in addition to the above) for delivery to regional areas.
Please allow for further delays around public holidays and peak delivery times (eg. Christmas)
Kaf.Tanned will not be liable or responsible for any damaged goods or missing orders.
We ship to residential, workplaces, PO Boxes and Locked Bag addresses.
If you are not home at the time of delivery you will be left a card and your parcel will be taken to your nearest/local Australia Post Office.
Shipping fees charges are not refundable.
International Delivery is via Australia Post Air mail and is a flat rate of AUD$30.
Express Courier International can be tracked online and is $35.
